This is the second part of the project that I currently assigned to work on. I am more or less looking through the video of an interview and taking out clips so that one does not have to listen to the whole video. They want just little pieces as if there was an answer that stood out from the rest. They tend to have timestamps so that I can know what to name certain clips but some barely have any. This makes it a bit hard since that means I have to decide what can be used and what is not needed. This is a first for me since usually there is someone nearby that can ask to look over my work before sending it off but this project is mostly done at home. I am enjoying it and it does allow me to learn Premiere Pro outside of class so that I can learn how to use it more thoroughly.
Finally, someone else who is video editing. I took a class in high school called media tech and we did a lot of filming and video editing; it was really fun. They taught us how to use adobe premiere and aftereffects, but right now for where I work, I use final cut pro. It’s basically a simplified version of premiere but can still perform just as good as premiere.
