Professional Identity

In terms of a professional identity in programming or any related field you need to show that you have an understanding of the various tasks you will have to handle when you start to work. There is also the fact that you need to show your willingness to learn any new technology that emerges during your career. It is very key to your professional identity that you show that you are willing to keep up with emerging technologies as they can become important in your work field. I think this is rather important in any STEM career as you need to be able to keep up with any improvements in technology that can help improve and streamline any type of projects you will work on in the future.
